6 Steps to Boost Your Self Confidence

confidenceLow self -esteem or a lack of confidence is one the reasons that stops many extraordinary people from living their fullest potential.  There is a mental block that stops you from seeing the greatness that lies within you. There are so many hidden treasures and talents that are just laying there dormant, that are ready to be awaken.

The next 6 steps will help you begin to reclaim your power and take control of your life so you can become more confident and live authentically and break from your mental handcuffs and live the extraordinary life you were created to live.

==> Step #1 – Change your disempowering beliefs.  Many times your limited and negative beliefs is due to your own opinion of yourself. If you do not believe you are valuable and deserving of good things in your life, you will push them away! You will shy away from healthy relationships with others; you will avoid setting and achieving goals.
I want you to take inventory of your current belief system. What lies are disempowering beliefs are you holding on to because of past experiences?

==> Step #2 – Take 100% Responsibility for your own life.  Most people are not having what they want in their lives and they are living in mediocrity simply because they are not taking the responsibility for their lives.Taking responsibility means that you are accountable for your choices and actions in your life and the relationship you have with yourself. If you want to be successful, this is the most important success principle that you must learn and apply into your life.What areas of your life do you need to take more responsibility for?
Think about it, do you take 100% responsibility for your life?

==> Step #3 – Fall In love with yourself. Very simple if you don’t love yourself, you can’t expect others to love. It is important to master self love. What ways can you take the vow to love yourself?

==> Step #4 – Make Yourself A Priority. Begin to take time to put yourself first, if you don’t put yourself first how can you expect others and how can you expect to achieve success if you continue to put your dreams and goals on the back burner.
==> Step #5 – Celebrate yourself.  Take time to celebrate your wins no matter how big or small, when you accomplish a goal take time out to recognize yourself and your achievements.

==> Step #6 -Believe in Yourself. It’s time to take the limits off your life and break free of the fear that’s holding you back. Trust that you have all that you need within you to go forward and move outside of your comfort zone and live an Extraordinary Life. Let’s Go!
