Welcome to my world! My name is LaKeisha Hankins. I'm an Accountability Coach, Certified Life Reposition Coach, Author, Real Estate Investor, and Fatherless Daughter Advocate with over 15 years of professional experience.

For the past 7 years she has been helping women to improve their life and achieve their goals. From getting clarity, discovering their purpose and passion, healing their past to starting and growing a business, women from all works of life elevating their confidence, being courageous and committed to their purpose... and you can too!

I offer a solution-focused approach to helping women  to identify what's really holding them back so they can achieve their goals and live the courageous life they want!

 My Journey & Purpose

While I work with my different clients, My passion is entrepreneurship and my purpose is to coach and empower women who were teen/ young moms and the fatherless daughters of the world.

I knew from a young age that my purpose was to empower others. But, as with many of us, I did like many, finish school, go to college, get married and get a good job… I did just that but deep down inside I longed for more.

In search of looking for more I  got involved in the industry of network marketing and jumped from opportunity to opportunity and that started me on my journey to empowering women to go after the dreams and my and my journey of self-discovery.

In April 2012, I received my Life Coaching certification and work with women to help them achieve their dreams, I had some success but there was something missing, it wasn’t until I attended an event about being a fatherless daughter and the impact on your life.

I started to connect my some of my limiting beliefs and life events were associated with my past.  I realized how I settled in so many areas of my life such as my career, my marriage and my dreams!

We all have a past, but our past doesn’t define our future; I grew up a fatherless daughter (my stepfather was there but there’s a void he couldn’t replace) and as a teen, I struggled with lack of identity, confidence, low self-esteem. I didn’t realize my value and self-­worth and it led me to make poor decisions. By the age of fifteen, I was a single teen mom, but despite the statistics, stereotypes, and adversity does not stop one’s progress.

My mistakes didn't stop there I went on to get married and knowing deep down inside it wasn't the right move, I moved forward with the decision anyway and I tried to stick it out and stay until the kids were 18, but pretending to be happy and make it work was sucking the life out of me and I was slowly losing myself.

I made the courageous decision 2020 to walk away from an unfulfilling marriage and it was one the best decisions. I deserved to be happy and my children deserved to see me as happy.

I learned on my journey that my lack of identity stemmed from two life-changing events, being a fatherless daughter and teen mother. I decided it was time to confront and make peace with my past I was unable to unlock my success and I want the same for you!
